中文软件，所以用中文发布了。

版本: 0.2.0.2 

需要.Net Framework 2.0环境。

经常玩WarCraft III的中国玩家，大概都了解war3.replays.net这个地方吧，最新录像和简单评论的集散地。但是这个服务器却经常反映异常迟钝。我写这个工具，使用HTTP连接到服务器，并下载首页，分析出有效的信息。虽然从访问速度上来说，还是需要依赖服务器，不过由于省略了FLASH和图片的下载，会有一定程度的提高。而且，由于使用了实时解释的方式，不必象IE那样只有下载了完整的录像列表才会显示出来，而是下载一条显示一条，方便快速浏览最新的录像。

Let's face to network debugging with smile.

Smiler is a network TCP/UDP based tool to receive or send information in any encoding mode (ASCII, Big Endian Unicode, Unicode, UTF7, UTF8, System Default(ANSI) and HEX mode) in common. Just use this to debug your program based TCP/UDP. Smiler can be played as Server or Client to test the other program.
