Smiler is a network TCP/UDP based tool to receive or send information in any encoding mode (ASCII, Big Endian Unicode, Unicode, UTF7, UTF8, System Default(ANSI) and HEX mode) in common. Just use this to debug your program based TCP/UDP. Smiler can be played as Server or Client to test the other program.
